Jeff Metrick, is an Army veteran and Arizonan running for the 1st Congressional district. A Libertarian by principle, Jeff runs a campaign based on one simple phrase he and a staffer came up with on one lazy Sunday afternoon, a motto that shapes not only his race for Congress but his philosophy as well: People Over Party.
